Salida, Colorado, is located in South Central Colorado in the beautiful Arkansas River Valley. Simple Lodge & Hostel provides lodging for the Monarch Crest Trail, Salida Mountain Trails mountain biking system, Monarch Mountain Ski Area and whitewater rafting Browns Canyon. With fifteen mountains above 14,000 feet, four wilderness areas, the Arkansas River (#1 commercially rafted river in the US!) abundant snow in the mountains, and a mild climate in the valley - adventure can be found everywhere.
